Why?

Just over a month ago I tried to start a cleaning job 1-2 evenings a week to help make ends meet, but that fell thru. Immediately after that flopping, Danny was given an opportunity to advance in his job. Which is great! It sure would bring in more money than me cleaning part-time, but would also mean him working more hours too. So any chance of me working outside the home is no longer an option.

So one August morning, a very random idea popped into mind. Sell Avon! Honestly, I didn't give it a whole lot of thought and just signed up. Several of you were probably shell shocked that of all people, I would want to sell Avon!  Me...very simple, low maintenance girl from the sticks who rarely ever wears make up, does not like perfume, or much jewelry, and is a nail biter! lol

With all that said, there really is a reason I want to sell Avon other than the obvious goal of trying to make a little money.  Avon does have excellent products and I have been an Avon buyer for the last few years. I've not bought much, because as I've already said...I'm low maintenance.  I'm also a fan of their low prices, but high quality. Avon is also a big contributor to cancer research, and helping women and children start over after being abused. Since I've had a bit of experience in an abusive home, that made me even more proud to represent this company.

Honestly, I'm not sure how successful I will be at this, but I'm trying.
